LESS Variables and Mixins

To make using CoreCSS easier, you can use our LESS variables in which we define aspects like spacings or colors for easy reusability.

How to use

If you download CoreCSS and unzip it, you will find the LESS variables and mixins under the less folder. From there, import the corecss-exports.less file into your project.

Available categories of LESS variables

Use LESS variables to get the default values for

colors
font attributes like font size and weight
media queries
margins
paddings

Use LESS mixins to

create columns, with column gaps and column spans
define flex grid behavior
hide text
get font sizes along with their corresponding line heights
